Yun initially came to Bikram Yoga hoping to lose the last 15 pounds of baby weight that lingered after her second child. What she found, however, was far more than a fitness solution—it became a transformative healing journey. Not only did she reach her weight loss goal, but yoga also helped her overcome severe allergies and chronic bronchitis. Yun has been practicing Bikram Yoga since 2010 and in the Spring of 2013, she attended Teacher Training in Los Angeles. She's been in love with teaching ever since. Every class continues to inspire her, and she feels deeply grateful to be part of such a restorative healing process. "My goal as a teacher is to create a space where every student feels seen, supported, and empowered--physically, mentally, and spiritually."
