As Yoga Director at Element Yoga, Christine brings over two decades of practice and a heart-centered approach to every class she leads. A 500-hour RYT with advanced certifications in Restorative, Yin, Power Vinyasa and Meditation, she offers students more than just movement—she offers a path to presence, peace, and personal growth. Christine's teaching is rooted in breath awareness, mindful movement, and honoring the body’s wisdom in each moment. Whether guiding students through Hatha, Yin, Restorative, or Yoga Nidra, she creates a space where individuals feel supported, seen, and safe to explore both strength and stillness. Her classes invite students to slow down, reset, and reconnect—with themselves and with what matters most. Those who practice with Christine often leave feeling calm, centered, and deeply nourished—physically, mentally, and emotionally. Her guidance helps students release tension, build resilience, and find clarity amidst life’s noise. Through thoughtful instruction and a nurturing presence, she gently leads students inward, where lasting transformation begins. One of her favorite quotes is from Judith Hanson Lasater: "We work very hard in our lives, and while we may sleep, we rarely take time to relax. Restorative yoga poses help us learn to rest deeply and completely." Her go-to yoga song is Keep Breathing by Ingrid Michaelson—a reminder of the steady, grounding power of breath. Christine looks forward to sharing the light of yoga with every student she meets, offering a space to feel held, to heal, and to grow.
