Michael Roberts, MPT, CSCS Mike is a licensed Physical Therapist and a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He holds a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from American International College and a Bachelors Degree in Movement Science from Westfield State University. He opened CMPT in 2007 with the goal of changing the way physical therapy is delivered. He has lectured throughout New England on the topic of injury prevention and performance enhancement and has presented at local universities, regional conferences, and MIAA and MDA conferences. He is one of the first non-physician authors for Up-to-Date, an internet based medical reference used internationally. He is a certified Graston Technician. Mike is a long-time competitive runner and triathlete; he is a 2-time All-American triathlete who has completed 3 ironman triathlons (2.4 mile swim, 112 mile bike, 26.2 mile run) with a personal best of 9 hours and 29 minutes. In addition to providing physical therapy services at CMPT, Mike also focuses his time on coaching athletes and directing group wellness classes. He lives in Holden with his wife Lauren, daughter Michaela, son Evan, and Labrador retriever Sam.
