Hannah discovered her love for fitness in 2020 and has been on a journey ever since to find movement that feels most aligned with her. After exploring various forms of exercise, she found her way to Hot on Bank and instantly fell in love with yoga. While the gym remains one of her happy places, yoga has transformed her life both mentally and physically. She appreciates how yoga invites her to slow down, release judgment, and engage in a practice that feels accessible and nurturing—no matter what the present moment brings. For Hannah, yoga offers a unique mind-body connection unlike anything she has experienced, and she adores the sense of community. Hannah is a 200-hour RYT, graduating with Hot on Bank’s 2025 YTT cohort. She is excited and grateful to hold a welcoming, inclusive space for all students. Outside the studio, Hannah works in career development for high school students and is a school counselor in-training. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, long walks, arts and crafts, and spending quality time with her family and pet rabbit.
