Beth has been with WundaBar since 2011. She is a Nationally Certified Pilates Teacher (NPCP) including mat, chair, reformer and cadillac. Having had major surgery and some injuries (due in part to high impact workouts), she strives to help clients connect to the intensity of the Wundabar workout, while appreciating the low impact on joints. "What I love the most is that Wundabar's low impact, full body workout is perfect for anyone at any age."
