Hometown: Baltimore, Maryland College: BS in Nutrition and Dietetics from Syracuse University. MA Teaching from Goucher College. Certification: ACE Certified Personal Trainer Sports played growing up: Lacrosse, field hockey, and indoor track. I have also completed Ironman 70.3 triathlons and marathons. I have been a high school science teacher (Biology and Anatomy) for seven years in Baltimore County. I also referee rec through collegiate lacrosse and field hockey. I started as a member, now I'm a coach, and can't recommend ISI enough. It's the best 50 minutes of the day!
