Marielle teaches a mindful and heart centered vinyasa flow that is accessible to any level of practitioner. She loves to encourage her students to move as slowly as they desire and to listen to their own bodies. She is passionate about creating an environment in which her students feel safe and free to move in any way that they need to. Marielle fell in love with yoga when she first moved out to Los Angeles in 2009 and after years of practicing with many different teachers took her first teacher training in 2014. She has been teaching ever since and continues to learn and grow and weave her discoveries into her teaching. When not on her mat you can find her out in nature seeking the quiet or curled up with a good book. @brighteyesyogini
