Ping began studying yoga in 2005, graduating from Bikram Yoga Teacher training in 2006. Being a Bikram Yoga practitioner had provided many transformative health changes for Ping, the most dramatic being a complete relief of nearly more than twenty years of lower back pain and asthma within the first year of practice. Her own firsthand experience lead her to believe that when practiced with patience and diligence, yoga is both therapeutic and healing. Ping enjoys sharing her experiences and guiding others on their own journey of yoga. Ping’s approach is warm and clear with an appreciation of the uniqueness between individuals. She is also certified with Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Pilates. She studied with senior yoga teachers in the alignment based style of Iyengar and Anusara Yoga. Ping is an animal lover. Ping was nationally ranked racquet ball player. She enjoys watching good movies, reading, hiking, biking, skiing, and swimming in her free time.
