Kelly's passion for fitness and wellbeing began with her love of dance at a young age. Finding movement as therapy for herself and truly believing in the amazing benefits of Pilates, she is continually learning and growing in her practice. Her true gift lies in delivering a knowledgable, fun and effective workout to all her students and clients based on their individual needs. She's been in the fitness industry, teaching group classes and personal training for over 20 years. Additionally, as a 200 hr Yoga certified instructor you can also find Kelly teaching classes at WheelHouse Yoga.
