Hi, I’m Austin Rodriguez—co-owner of Fitness Education & Training Center (FETC), head Olympic Weightlifting and Strength Coach, and someone who’s passionate about helping others realize their strength, both physically and mentally.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master’s Degree in Human Performance. I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), USAW Certified Coach, and Certified Personal Trainer. With over a decade of coaching experience, I’ve worked with athletes, everyday lifters, and those rebuilding from injury or just getting started.

My approach is rooted in education, consistency, and pushing people beyond what they thought they were capable of. Whether you’re chasing a performance goal, getting back to training after a setback, or just looking to feel strong and capable again—I’m here to guide and challenge you with purpose.
