Emily comes to SPENGA with a wealth of fitness experience and knowledge, having been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2007, and instructing group fitness just as long. Emily is part of a competitive and athletic family. She, her husband, and two daughters compete in everything, from running 10k races to engaging in spirited board game sessions. When not instructing, Emily enjoys reading while floating in the pool or taking peaceful naps with one of her four pets (2 cats, 2 dogs).
