Amy brings a wealth of fitness expertise to our SPENGA Studio. With a background in competitive rowing, including representing South Africa at the national level and competing for Yale University, Amy understands the value of hard work and dedication in achieving fitness goals. Growing up in an environment steeped in fitness due to her mother's influence as an OG aerobics instructor, Amy's passion for staying active and healthy has been ingrained since childhood. Amy gravitated towards SPENGA due to its holistic approach, combining spin, strength training, and yoga in one dynamic session—an embodiment of the varied exercises she loves. Originally from South Africa, Amy is currently pursuing her professional degree in chiropractic at Life University, adding depth to her understanding of fitness and wellness. Outside of the fitness realm, Amy enjoys coastal activities like surfing, along with hitting the trails, savoring good food, and belting out tunes during karaoke nights.
