Kids/Spouse: I have one daughter, Makayla and husband, Matt Why you decided to become a coach?: My main reason for becoming a coach is because of my own struggle with my weight for years after I had my daughter. I tried everything to get the weight off and was always attracted to the "click bait" of do this cleanse/workout/diet, etc. for a set period of time and you will lose weight. After doing this for a few years, I got sick of losing the weight just to gain it back. This led me to want to help people who were struggling with the same issues. I want to help anyone and everyone weed though the fitness industry click bait and adopt habits that will get them to their goals in a realistic manner. Our health and fitness journey's are a marathon, not a sprint.
