Jess was born and raised in New Jersey, but after spending a few years on the West Coast eventually landed back east with her husband in 2017, making Milton their home. She became a Pilates fanatic after the birth of her first daughter, and immediately fell in love with the low impact, high intensity exercise and the amazing community that came with it. Previously having worked in corporate training, she decided to marry her love for Pilates and teaching and pursue instructor training - a love affair that has lasted 3 years and counting. She enjoys having fun with her classes and trying different things, while also encouraging her students to move at a pace that feels good to them. She believes that Pilates is for everyone, every body, and every age, and loves to connect with each student that enters her class - whether it’s about their fitness goals or what their weekend plans are. Outside of teaching, Jess is a coffee enthusiast, avid reader, and Stay at Home Mom. She likes to spend time with family and friends and is always up for a conversation about how to infuse the best tequila or what the best current podcast is!
