Yulissa is originally from New Jersey and moved to Georgia in her late teens.Originally from New Jersey, she relocated to Georgia in her late teens. Throughout her childhood, she remained highly active, participating in both gymnastics and soccer, with a primary focus on soccer. Two years ago, she developed an interest in Pilates as a personal hobby. However, it wasn’t until her father suffered a serious injury that her passion for Pilates deepened. Despite undergoing three months of physical therapy, his pain persisted. She introduced him to Pilates, attending sessions twice a week, and gradually, his condition began to improve. Witnessing his recovery firsthand sparked her commitment to the practice. Motivated by the tangible results and fascinated by the science behind it, she decided to pursue certification and become a Pilates instructor, dedicated to helping others experience the same transformative benefits.
