After earning a degree in hotel and restaurant management, Hillary parlayed her knowledge and experience into a career as a chef on private yachts. That is where her passion for a healthy, active lifestyle began. She was able to experiment and hone her cooking skills while experimenting with fresh, local fare. At the same time, she was able to enjoy her favorite outdoor actives, which include; sailing, scuba diving, swimming, running, paddle boarding, etc. Over the years, she has remained committed to that lifestyle. After settling ashore in beautiful, Newport, RI and having 3 children, she began her career as a fitness professional. She is an AFAA certified personal trainer and certified comprehensive Pilates instructor through Balanced Body and continues to study under Zayna Gold of Boston Body. In addition, she is certified with Bootybarre, Paddlefit and U can row 2. Always looking for ways to provide more for her clients, Hillary went on to study integrative nutrition with the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and is a certified Health Coach. She is committed to a path of continued learning and growth to best support her clients in their quest to live a fit and healthy life.
