Dagmar is a Yoga Instructor, Pilates Instructor and Reiki Master. Dagmar found a passion for yoga more than 15 years ago. As a journalist working under the permanent pressure and daily deadlines, yoga practice offered her a space to decompress and relax. She was hooked immediately. Her work stamina has improved. Her creativity came more easily as she felt the magic of yoga. Dagmar feels grateful and blessed to serve the local community and spread the magic of yoga. Dagmar want to motivate you in your healthy, joyful, well-being journey. Dagmar is certified RYT 200 teacher since 2011. She is a certified Bikram Instructor since 2013. In addition, she became a Pilates Instructor in 2016 and a Reiki III. Master in 2017. In 2018, Dagmar certified in healing modality according to Bert Hellinger by Hellinger Institute of DC.
