Bettina Ann Brown is recognized for her gentle, calm and grounding experiences. Since graduating in 2011 from the Kind Yoga school, Bettina specializes in teaching gentle Hatha yoga. She is also trained in Restorative Yoga and Trauma Informed Sensitive Yoga. Her teachings incorporate slow, steadiness and concise instruction and views yoga as a practice for deep connection no matter age or physical ability. Bettina offers weekly group classes and individual/private instruction. She is also available to share Reiki and Crystal Bowl Sound Meditations. These healing and relaxing therapies can be experienced at Centerville Yoga & Wellness Center.
