All Levels Yoga

Our All Levels Yoga instruction is adapted to each class and is designed to be accessible to a wide range of bodies and needs. In addition to asana practice (physical postures), All Levels Yoga can incorporate pranayama (breathing practices), dhyana (meditation), and other healing and mindfulness modalities. Our All Levels Yoga Instructors each teach a little bit differently from one another, so we recommend taking a few classes with different teachers in order to find instruction that best accommodates you. Feel free to ask us for a teacher recommendation based on your unique needs.
