This is a routine sequence of 26 yoga poses practiced in a room heated to roughly 105 degrees with 40% humidity. The sequence is designed to stretch your whole body, increase blood circulation, and bring more oxygen to the major organs in your body, in addition to the standard benefits of yoga. This is done to improve lower body strength, lower and upper body range of motion, and balance. It also helps detox the body and alleviate stress. These are 90 minute classes. Doors open 15 minutes before class. You must register on line and have a card on file. Minimum suggested age to participate is 12.
