These classes are designed in small groups using the reformer to bring challenging and fun workouts to our clients. You will build strength, flexibility, as well as physical stamina while having fun. The reformer, with its use of springs and pulleys provides resistance suitable to challenge all levels with instructors capable of modifying for the body in front of them.
