For your at home workout Using light weights and props (think ball, bands, sliders) we have choreographed super small and intense movements that build long and lean muscles, improve posture and flexibility, raise and tone your booty, and sculpt your legs for summer! We cap it all off with a killer abdominal series! This kind of intense movement burns an enormous amount of calories and boosts metabolism - so you'll burn more calories even after you're done working out! **MB Zoom will send you a sign in link about 60 minutes before class.
