Do you want to be able to keep up with your kids or grandkids, carry groceries in one trip, or handle yard work with ease? Join us for Functional Fitness Fusion, a 45-minute class designed to help you strengthen and tone your entire body using a variety of equipment, including weights, kettlebells, bands, and bodyweight exercises. This class balances strength and cardio elements, making it perfect for building functional fitness without high impact on your joints. This class focuses on helping you build strength and stamina for everyday activities. Whether you're a well-conditioned athlete or just getting started, our instructors will work with you to ensure you are safe, supported, and building your strongest body every time.
