Your enrollment will include pre-recorded classes with Bettina Brown, Gillian Hurrie and Marybeth Hickey. Once you register, you will receive a link to the recordings of the classes, available to you for a full month. Experience the many benefits of yoga in this slower-paced class for beginners and seasoned adults. You will come in and out of poses mindfully with emphasis on breathwork. Focus is on stretching the spine, shoulders, legs and hips. Balancing postures will also be included. This welcoming class will leave you feeling that anyone can practice and enjoy yoga. Use of props (blankets, bolsters, blocks) are encouraged for your comfort in all poses.
