Carrie Bain graduated from the University of Southern California with a degree in Occupational Therapy and has been practicing Bikram yoga for over 20 years and teaching for over 18! Known as a Northern California "Hot Yoga Pioneer", Carrie is one of the area's most senior teachers and has been instrumental in the development of the Bikram Yoga Culture all around Sacramento and surrounding areas! As yogi, studio owner and mother of two, she has created a unique and refreshing approach to teaching. Her charismatic yet realistic style demonstrates not only compassion toward the real life struggles of balancing the self, career, family and responsibility, but also a deep understanding on how to effectively incorporate yoga into it.
