This class best suits our Pilates fluent clients who are looking for a safe and challenging workout. Increased strength, stamina, flexibility and power are included in this next level Pilates class. Intermediate classes move at a fast pace, require competency in all of the Essential workout and its modifications and proficiency in using and adjusting the Pilates reformers. This class is intended to be an advancement of skills practiced many times before, and demands excellent balance, coordination and mobility of the clients. **Clients must be able to tolerate all spinal movements including rotation, be injury free and have pain free mobility in all of their joints**
